We were staying locally in Baunei and had the pleasure of walking past this beautiful church on a daily basis. A lovely looking church, next to a cafe which is worth a visit for great coffee.

The church of San Nicola de Baunei is superbly well placed, because it dominates the valley.
Bauna
A very special church, with the face separated from the building. Rudy country with a beautiful view of the Arbatax Bay. Arriving, on the road, stone cathedrals enrich the landscape

We walked through the roads of Baunei at the sunset. Very nice place: to visit the Church with its typical face. Very peculiar. Advice to stop for a snack in the room...
