Archaeological Museum Bodhgaya

The Bodh Gaya Archaeological Museum was established in 1956. The museum consists of two exhibition halls and an open courtyard. It mainly displays some local relics, including items from the Ashoka era, such as Buddhist bronze and stone carvings. The first gallery of the museum displays various sculptures, Buddha statues in different shapes, copper antimony rods, miniature potted plants, etc. The second gallery displays sculptures related to the Buddhist and Brahmanic beliefs. Although the museum is not big, these stone carvings are very beautiful and worth seeing.
