As a building, it is a "nationally registered tangible cultural property", and it is selected as one of the 100 famous waters in Heisei [selected by the Ministry of the Environment, 4 ケ in Saitama Prefecture; Kumagai City, Moto Arakawa ムサントミ Habitat, Chichibu Group, Ogano Town Bishamon Water, Chichibu City, Mt. Takeko Fushiryu Water, I visited because Shinza City / Myoonzawa] is prepared water. As a building, there are 2 ケ bay windows at the top of the 2nd floor, and I was fascinated by the fact that the size and installation position are not targeted to the left and right (see attached photo). Sake is made in a very, very old building. You can tour. The building is said to be a nationally designated cultural property. We sell not only sake but also wine and sake breweries.
I went on a trip to Chichibu for the first time. It is standard to buy local sake while traveling, and this time I also visited Chichibu's sake brewery, Takeko Sake Brewery. You can't tasting here, and you can only rely on the presentation of the shop. It's a waste to keep it only in Daiginjo, so I bought fresh squeezed and nigori sake. It was the owner's presentation that I bought this. It is said that you mix raw squeezing and nigori at the ratio of your preference and drink it. .. .. Honestly, I never had sake marry each other, so I was interested ...
I didn't think there was a tasting sake, so I was a little out of time. Former 々 I don't drink much sake, so I bought salted cherry blossoms and spicy miso. The owner's words that boiled eggs in salted jam will taste very good were stimulated by the desire to buy. I bought amazake that doesn't contain sugar or alcohol, but when I drank it, it was really less sweet (although it doesn't feel like it's not enough) and it was powdery? ?? It was a mouth to drink. This is my personal preference.
