Walk on Glass Above China's Grand Canyon
⛰️ One of the longest glass bridges in the world, the Zhangjiajie glass bridge, or footpath, was definitely something unlike anything I have ever seen before. Built between two mountain cliffs, the bridge overlooks a beautiful canyon. While it may be crowded, there is still plenty of space and opportunities to get the perfect photo!
👟 Before you go on the bridge, you'll have to put on shoe covers! This protects the glass from getting scuffed by shoes. The shoe covers are included in the ticket price and will be handed to you as you enter the top of the mountain.
🧗🏻♀️ Once you've walked the bridge and taken in the scenery, you have endless activities at your fingertips. Most famously, the bridge holds the world's highest bungee jump, stationed at a whopping 285 meters tall. If that's a little too hard core for you, there is also the option to rock climb, zip line, or experience a one of a kind VR journey. Once you're done up top, you can either simply climb down the mountain, or take a slide down, which brings you through a scenic route filled with trees and laughter from the fun you'll have.
🛶 Once you've completed your activities up top, spend some time down in the canyon. Here you can take a boat tour, where you can sit and relax while taking in the natural beauty around you. You can see stunning waterfalls and wildlife as the water carries you through the mountains.

We went here on a rainy day! it was foggy at first! got disappointed for a minute because we cant see the view but after a few more minutes of waiting. finally it showed it’s magnificent view 🫶❤️
It was a great experience walking on the glass bridge. It would have been much scarier if was crystal clear day. The day we were there was a bit misty with slight rain, hence it was not crystal clear looking down. The view from the bridge was beautiful. To get down the canyon, you could get the 'experience package' that includes the lift, zip line, and the slide down the canyon after the bridge walk. We walk all the way to the other side of the canyon. Along the way, we passed by beautiful streams, waterfall and cave.
it’s the most amazing glass bridge I have ever seen and been in China. you feel like you are flying over Grand Canyon overlooking the amazing canyons!!!
In the glass plank road is particularly exciting, you can see the deep canyon, superb, walking the canyon is a bit tired, it is recommended that the items that can not be carried by the glass plank road, the company is best able to transfer to the opposite side of the glass plank road, so that tourists will not lose some items. Because like teacups, I'm not happy to go back and get them.
Quite impressive how high the bridge is. You will be provided a pair of cloth shoes to protect the glass surface. I’m more impressed with the view of the grand canyon from the bridge. Really crowded so it’s better to come early or close to closing time in order to take great pics without people. There are ziplines, ferrata, bungee jumping available in case you’re a adrenaline junky.
