Birthplace of Michael Collin’s
It rained the day I went there so we couldn’t hang out like we wanted to but we still got out and checked it out a lot of Michael Collin’s history in the area so it was a cool experience!!
Very good to see and very well kept property and grounds. Easy to miss when driving , so keep your eyes peeled and follow signs. Worth a visit and completely free !
We were fortunate enough to hear a local speaking of his accounts with relatives of M. Collins. The place is serene and the views are amazing. Well worth a visit.
I visited Michael Collins home place having already gone to Beal na Blath where he died. I had the place to myself and found it to be a very moving and spiritual experience. Collins is a huge figure ...

Day trip.
Well maintained grounds, good information signage. Awful smell of urine (human) in outhouse. Shame on those people.
