Every Sunday, within the liberties, around the the tower, is the awesome markets with many stalls selling food, trinkets, secondhand cloths, old LP's, as well as many more, definitely worth a visit.
Was actually a windmill.......
Built is the mid 1700's, this was actually the tallest smock windmill in Europe, nowadays just a lone tower, also the host of the local flea-market held once a month.
