It’s fall 🍂🍁 now, but we don’t really get to see the change of colour or autumn foliage here in 🇰🇭. At least the weather has been kinder and breezier these days as we’ve been getting a lot of rain this year. Took a little healing trip to Kampot for the weekend and found this beautiful cafe Ca Feve . Had coffee while listening to by sounds of the flowing water . Going back to nature and greenery was indeed therapeutic. 📍Ca Feve Homestay , Teuk Chhou Waterfall, Kampot

#slowtraveling Just back from Kampot, Cambodia — this riverside gem totally surprised me with its chill vibes and epic sunsets! 😍🌅 Must-See: Kampot Cafe If you want a laid-back meal with top river views, Kampot Cafe is where you need to go. It’s right on 735 Riverside Drive (super easy to find), and their menu mixes Western comfort eats with Khmer specialties. The smoothies are legit, and the WiFi’s strong enough for your travel blog uploads. I recommend grabbing a late afternoon seat outside: prime time for sunset-watching and people-watching! 🌤️ My Tips: Try the amok curry—it’s creamy and not too spicy! If you’re working/remoting, head here early in the day for quieter vibes and solid WiFi. Prices are reasonable, and staff speak English well (helpful for ordering or customizing dishes). Getting Around: Kampot’s walkable, especially if you stay near the river. Tuk-tuks are everywhere, and Grab works if you prefer app rides. Pro tip: Always agree on your fare before hopping in, unless you’re using an app. Food Hacks: Cafes here often have vegan/vegetarian options, so you won’t struggle if you’re plant-based. Drinks: Fresh coconut or lime sodas are A+ refreshers. Other Quick Destination Tips: USD works everywhere, ATMs are easy to find.
