You will notice this cedar without walking for five minutes along the stream that pours into the lake on the north shore of Lake Shojin. I wonder if this road was once a pass road, it stands "leisurely" in the precincts of Suwa Shrine, which is like an old house. It is also interesting that there is the largest tree in Lake Shojin, the smallest of the five lakes of Fuji. It was a hot day, but the shade of the big trees was cool.

It is a very large cedar tree in Shoshin Suwa Shrine on the north side of Lake Shoshin. I went by car, but the navigation system did not show the road, so I went while looking at Google Maps. It's a very powerful tree, and the shrine has a thatched roof and is old, so you should go see it when you visit Lake Shojin.
