Very nice beach, easy to get to, enjoyable sunsets, toilets available closeby, close walk to Sopot. We took binoculars to watch ships, you can easily see Sopot, Gdańsk and even Gdynia from there.
As with all the beaches on the Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia bayshore, Jelitkowo is very crowded and the water not so clean. If a nice beach is what you want, take the ferry to Hel for a day trip.
