Neat to see

Very cool to see as you are driving by on the highway. We didn't stop due to the time and the curfew. It was also nice to see as we left. Kind of a goodbye.

This was a joy to see, there is another one but different animal. If you like monkeys then book a tour to make your day, real ones.

driving into the city

you will no doubt pass this monkey representing the very essence of the Guayaquilians. Quite ugly actually.

Crazy

Huge monkey sculpture in the middle of the highway between the airport and the city. Not sure of the significance but gee it stands out

Monkey See, Monkey Do

This funny statue is near the entrance to and the exit from the tunnels through the Santa Ana Hill. People from the c.oast are often called "monos" by those from the highlands
