HuaCFBeen there twice, a great experience, the first time I visited only the church lobby, very shocking Gothic architecture, I have been to the church bell tower to climb the tower, I need to be before 16:00, the first time is because I didn't have time to climb the tower at night, and the top of the tower overlooked all the scenery of Quito's old town. Construction of the cathedral began on July 10, 1892 and was funded by the state to enshrine the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The chief architect of the church, Emilio Tarlier, was inspired by the Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Bourges (Cathédrale Saint-Étienne de Bourges) in Bourges, Cher, France, the power center of medieval Christianity in France. On January 30, 1985, Pope John Paul II blessed the church, and the consecration was held on July 12, 1988. In fact, it was equivalent to stamping and acknowledging the noble status of the church.
武汉老龙The Basilica of the National Vows, a neo-Gothic church built in the 19th century, is quite large. It looks like Notre Dame de Paris. You can climb the tower and overlook the old town of Quito with a $2 ticket, but the stairs are very steep. For those who fear heights, the rose window is very beautiful.
翱翔的大鲨鱼Plaza de la Independencia Quito’s central square is not very big, nor is it empty and can be seen at a glance, but a park with a monument to the hero of independence in the middle, surrounded by many trees and benches, many locals are here Sitting casually. On one side of it is Palacio de Carondelet. The presidents of Ecuador since independence have all worked here, and on the other side of the square is the Catedral Metropolitana de Quito, the cathedral of Ecuador.
pan***heThe old city of Quito, the capital of Ecuador, is a World Heritage Site, but it looks like Europe at first glance, except that the people walking on the road are a little darker and shorter. Today is Sunday, and all churches are praying. Visit the Cathedral of San Francisco. The glass windows of the church are brightly colored and beautiful in shape. It was said on the Internet that we could go up to the second floor and the view was very good. We went up to the second floor inside the church and found that there was nothing. Later we learned that it was the second floor from the outside stairs, but the door was closed. There is an ice cream seller at the entrance of the church, and the vendor stirs it with a spoon in a constantly rotating pan. There are ice cubes on the outside of the pan to keep it cold.

Reinterpreting Andean vernacular architecture for contemporary living, House in the Andes embraces its site and context to explore new relationships between landscape and built form. Carving access areas through earthy mounds exposes rammed earth walls. The architects create a hollowed and flexible semi-underground space inspired by circulation patterns of the ancestral ‘Chaquiñán’. Interlocking adobe bricks encrust the façade, generating a play of textures, shades and shadows when light hits at different times throughout the day. The bricks were made locally using the same earth excavated on-site and pay homage to the rich diversity of geological rock formations in Ecuador.
Isolated in the Pacific Ocean, about 600 miles off Ecuador where three ocean currents meet, these volcanic islands boast biodiversity that inspired scientist Charles Darwin to write “On the Origin of Species” after a visit in 1835. Go soon on specially licensed boat tours, before the warming ocean threatens the islands’ coral reefs and unique species of boobies, turtles, sharks and more

The quiet and simple St. Mary Island is honest. The purpose of coming to St. Mary's Island is to watch whales. From July to September each year, whales travel from south to north to the waters around Madagascar for mating and childbirth. Whales in estrus are the most active in the year and often jump out of the sea. Among them, the most striking is the huge humpback whale.
The trip to St. Mary's Island is very tortuous, from Tamatave-Su Anelana-Iungu, which is the closest small port to St. Mary's Island.
The whole Madagascar Not only does it have no highways, it is not even built on ordinary country roads. In the absence of roads, whether on the river or at sea, canoes or boats without engines are the most important means of transportation in the area.
On the small dock, the boat came to the boat and many people came ashore here. They took the boat with the souvenirs and hand-knitted objects.
Madagascar People in Africa and blacks in the continent have one thing in common, that is, they like to use heavy objects on their heads, and their top-notch skills are superior to those of technology.
The river is clear, the water is full, and you can see many waterfowls that are not famous.
The travels I like can try all kinds of possibilities. I can mix backpacks with backpackers all over the world every day, and I can live as much as I like. I want to live in a good hotel in Quito, so I chose to live in an art museum. Wall murals, ancient furniture, exquisite furnishings, in-place service, retro and charming style, followed by melodious piano sound into a wonderful space, everything is incredible, simply put it down and can be seen in the room Quito's most beautiful night scene, I really can't understand me better [color] [color] is strongly recommended to Quito must live here, five-star praise [strong]
Located in the old town of Quito, the capital of Ecuador. Known for its large collection of Spanish colonial buildings, it is also a well-known world cultural heritage.
Into the old town of Quito, you can admire many famous historical buildings, so there is the name of Andean Museum. The
old town is located in the southwestern part of Quito, retaining ancient streets, houses, and churches. The streets are cobbled and full of Spanish and Indian architectural charm.
The beautifully appointed cathedral also stands tall in the old town, and it is also a visual feast about the church.
I insisted that my former life was the San Mao of the Indian woman and that she was an Ecuadorian. In her story, Ecuador is a homeland that fills her homesickness, which makes her feel like she has returned to her hometown. Quito has the largest neo-Gothic church in the Americas and the most beautiful Baroque church in Ecuador. For friends who like architecture and churches, this will really make you crazy. As the capital of Ecuador, the city of Quito is 2,850 meters above sea level and was built on the ruins of the Inca city in the 16th century. Despite the 1917 earthquake, Quito remained the best preserved, minimally changing historical center in Latin America and was listed as a World Heritage Site in 1978.
