I stopped by while cycling the Musashino Waterway. It is characterized by a large windmill. There are also Haniwa playsets that are typical of Gyoda City.
During the autumn leaves season, deciduous trees fall and change into a charming scenery. Although it is a small park, there is a quiet and little-known spot for healing. Also, there is a cycling center nearby, and you can rent a bicycle for free. It may be good to move your body.
It is a long and narrow park built along the conduit from Tone Daisen. It is located about 2Km north of Chichibu Railway Bushu Araki Station. Various facilities such as observatory, playset, and windmill were installed. What I found unusual was the note in the parking lot, which said, "It can be used even for those who don't have a purpose in this park." It was certainly vacant. In fact, there were many cars passing by, only using the toilet.
It's a local park for people, and it's a very sturdy windmill.

Get off at the elderly welfare center by the city circulation bus, northeast circulation course or northwest circulation course, right in front of you. There are only 4 round trips a day on either bus route, so it is not practical to go by bus. There are two parking lots. It is a long and narrow park, and although it is old, it has facilities such as a windmill and a gateball field in the playground. Even though it was the end of September, the weeds were so great that I had a hard time getting the seeds stuck to my trousers and shoes. Maintenance is perfect ...
It is a park with the remains of the intake of the Minumayo irrigation water. There was a walking path around the pond and waterways, and it was healed. There is a symbol windmill in the center, but I thought that the watermill would fit more on the waterside.
