Hitoyoshi Betsuin is located in the streets of a residential area. After passing through the mountain gate, there is a main hall in the center of the precincts, and I was able to worship freely. This Honganji Hitoyoshi Betsuin was built in the Meiji era. It became the current temple name in the Taisho era. Even in Hitoyoshi, there was a suppression of the Ikko sect and it was worshiped for about 350 years. It is impressive that the stone statue of Shinran Shonin is mossed in the precincts.
