Yangjingyu Jiangjun Memorial Hall

In 1990, when I first joined the work, I had a chance to visit the General Yang Jingyu Memorial Hall. Through the visit, I had a deep understanding of the hero of the Northeast Anti-Union. General Yang Jingyu is a true national hero.

This is the place to commemorate Yang Jingyu, the hero of the anti-Japanese war. It is located near the county seat of Jingyu County, Jilin Province. The memorial hall vividly and intuitively introduced Yang Jingyu's glorious life for national independence and heroic dedication!

The patriotic general Yang Jingyu died here, and the name of Jingyu County in Baishan was also given. The memorial displays General Yang Jingyu's weapons and daily necessities, and truly reproduces the difficult journey of General Yang Jingyu's struggle with the enemy.

Yang Jingyu Memorial Hall is located on the south side of Jingyu Street, Jingyu County, Jilin Province. In 1962, the county people's government rebuilt the original county museum on the basis of 150 square meters. In October 1979, it was expanded to 537 square meters. In 1983, with the approval of the provincial people's government, it was rebuilt on the original basis and completed in 1986, with an area of 1200 square meters. It is a protection unit of the key martyrs' memorial buildings in the province.

Red Tourism Base, construction area of 2785 square meters, exhibition area of 2066 square meters. Currently, 819 sets of cultural relics are in the collection, and more than 200 cultural relics are displayed, of which 21 cultural relics are on the first level, 9 documents are on the second level, 27 cultural relics are on the third level, and more than 350 precious materials such as texts and pictures are posted.
