    Decorated monastery

This monastery was unusual in that you could take photos inside. It was very elaborately decorated. It was in an elevated position and had good views of the Himalayas.

    Calm and Peaceful

It is a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Kalimpong. It is located atop Durpin Hill and the view from the hill-top is wonderful. The monastery has calm and peaceful atmosphere.

    A very nice monastery

If in Kalimpong, try not to miss to visit this monastery. It might not be one of the most exquisite monastery that you have seen, but still a nice and quite one.

    Original Text

The most beautifully located monastery is the most beautiful views of the mountains, and we have the great luck of seeing a religious ceremony.
