Beautiful during winter
So much snow in mid dec..making access to lake is close. All frozen..and view is superb..highly recommended to make a night staty at log larch hotel nearby
Wandering around near Lake Kanayama, Hoyo Center
The (fringe of the) forest park features bird life including woodpeckers, as well as deer at dusk, up near Cafe Arvo.
Lavender and scenery
A famous camping site for the local during summer. You can see the scenery and also the lavender peaceful. Not much crowd.
