According to Japan GSI's map, it would take about 3.5 hrs from Murodo to Mt Okudainich and another 2 hrs to Mt Dainichi. I gave myself 10-11 hrs to do this hike and setup 1 pm as the latest returning ...
It is a mountain with an altitude of 2611 m on the Tateyama mountain range. It is selected as one of the 200 famous mountains, and unlike the steep mountains of Tateyama and Mt. Kodake, it is a relaxed and heavy mountain. It is easy to overlook because it is located northwest of Murododaira (behind left), but the scenery is wonderful. It is also famous as a famous mountain of flowers, so it is a mountain that I would like to climb someday.
