Fort Visit
this 18th century fort is one of the few sea forts of our country. The fort is made of granite and is a popular tourist spot but not many come here as it is a bit far while doing a city tour

Excellent historical monument well mainatined by the ASI..replete with a rich history involving the erstwhile venad rulers,the dutch and the british the vatta(round)fort is a beautiful place to visit ...

Good getaway for an evening
Old fort surrounded by sea. Beautiful views.can go to nearby beach which is not crowded.Entry to fort and beach are separate. The fort is well maintained by ASI.
