If you are going to see the camellias, don’t.
We went solely to tour the camellia garden. Since they are listed on the American Camellia Trail, we had high expectations. There were maybe 30 plants and many were mislabeled. Very disappointing.
Nice place for relaxation and to see beautiful garden including butterfly house. I’ve heard that the butterflies smell by their feet (not known before).
Beautiful, peaceful sanctuary for birds and wildlife
Beautiful gardens filled with every type of blooming plants, winding trails, shady spots to rest, a gift shop and a butterfly house. Always nice to go there!
