Towards the Summit
A telephone to go to the top of the tracks, a beautiful view during the journey throughout the valley. It was rough when we made this journey. The staff is sympathetic and speaks English ....
Quick on the mountain.
I had luck without a long standing it went up on the mountain with my four legs. Very practical. Just hurt that the gondol is so full, you had little chance to hold up...
Almost 100 years old
The sweeping track went into operation in 1924 and celebrates next year 100 years. With it, hiking can climb the mountain. Very recommendable.
Nice outlook
One must be in Oberwiesenthal high on the Fichteberg, and most beautiful with the Fichtebergbahn. The landscape is beautiful and the view over Oberwiesenthal is unique.

You can drive up from the Oberwiesenthal with the sweeping track or by car, you have a beautiful view to the Erzberg but only if it is clear.The parking prices are 3 hours 2,- Euro and from 4...
