Very poorly marked in terms of how to arrive at the parking lot. Arrived at the wrong entrance

Took a brief look at how neglected the area was and decided not to waste any more time on the park. Too many other great parks to see instead of this one.

The access is already difficult to find because there is a piazza entrance from the Victoria, next to the Empire cinema, but it is closed, without any further explanation.
