Rest place of Namako wall
Original Text
The building of a kimono shop built in the Meiji era is released as a free resting place. It is located on Namako Wall Street, and the Namako Wall remains in this building. There is also a footbath in the small park next to it, which is a good facility to stop by while taking a walk.
It was an old mansion that I stopped by for sightseeing in Matsuzaki Town, and in the past there was a kimono dealer. The interior of the old house is open to exhibitions. I couldn't go inside, but I could see the counter and dirt floor. When I went, the May doll was on display. (Partial preparations are underway) The house was old and quaint, and the outer wall was rare with a namako wall.

Izu Buntei is the one where you can visit the interior for free in the sea cucumber wall building in Matsuzaki Town. The sea cucumber wall of Izu Buntei boasts the thickest in the town, but there was no explanation of why it was necessary to make it so thick. (Unfortunately, the explanation staff was also absent.) When I visited in March, the chicks that were transmitted to the area on the 1st floor and the bride costume were on display on the 2nd floor.
Don't miss it as a tourist spot in Matsuzaki. Although it is now a resting place, the houses and warehouses that were used as kimono shops remain well on the premises, and you can go up to the house to see them. In Matsuzaki, along with Iwaka School, it is a 2 must-see spot.
A Japanese-style house where you can feel the warmth of wood is preserved. It is open to the public for free, so you can also visit it freely. You can use it after a break.
