There are several observation spots on the peninsula side of Muroran, but this seems to be the best because of the high altitude. If you look at the harbor, you can see the factories and Shiratori Ohashi Bridge, if you look at the other side, you can see the eruption bay, and if the weather is nice, you can see the direction of Hakodate.

You can see both inside and outside the port
