Looking back in time
A super museum! Great welcome and guide to the museum by volunteers. Informative, well presented displays taking you a a time in history giving an invite into the town at that time. Well done to all.
The volunteer advisers were lovely and helpful. The exhibits were displayed, giving a genuine experience of the period in time. Wonderful weaving machines. Great for families. There is an interacti...
This is a truly great museum: great exhibits, impressive pre ration of history and a real sense of being there with the buildings former inhabitants. Not to be missed if you’re anywhere near Newtown.
I love bringing my friends to our local museum. This is a hidden gem that shouldn’t be hidden. Free entry, staffed by lovely volunteers, stuffed with fascinating objects. Highly recommend
