[Buffalo Bill is an individual?] We originally thought that this farm was a farm where we raised American bison (American Buffalo). We only learned that it was the former residence of an actor nicknamed "Buffalo Bill" who lived in the Civil War era. His full name was William Frederick Cody, born Le Claire in Iowa Territory. He was a 19th-century soldier who represented the Northern camp in the Civil War, but because he was too small to actually go to the battlefield, he did logistics to the front in the far west. He was also a rider of Hummer Express, scout of the American Indian War, Western pioneer and actor, and his representative work was "Wild West of Buffalo Bill", a juggling project with the American Western cowboy style, and once toured Europe. This mansion is the real estate of Buffalo Bill built in 1886, when Cody's Wild West show attracted a large crowd, and was well funded to develop the ranch and other Cody interests. Buffalo Bill's farm, as his nickname is generally the area where the American bison is raised, is right, he is also a good American bison hunter. The barn and several annex buildings were also preserved, filled with souvenirs of Cody’s time as a performer, and artifacts of pasture life. However, the barn and mansion are not open as attractions (March 11, 2021), we can only turn around in the park and then rush to the next stop.
