The scenery is wonderful.
There is no registration in the car navigation system, so I arrived based on Google Maps. The observatory, which was part of the abandoned hotel, has not been maintained at all, and one article says, "Be careful of the hub." The scenery you see from here was very beautiful, and you can enjoy the row of cherry blossom trees depending on the season, but due to your personality, I have to say that it is a favorite place. You will choose who goes.
Observatory overlooking Shioya Bay and Kouri Island
It was introduced as a superb view spot, so I went and saw it. It was just the cherry blossom season, and the Hikanzakura on both sides of the road was in full bloom, and it seemed that they were passing through the cherry blossom tunnel. The observatory is deserted, but the view overlooking was very beautiful. I think it's a very good place to see the cherry blossoms with few people
