Catching of the cross
This is a statue of the catching of the cross on Epiphany - January 6th to you and me. I am not religious but the Balkans of course are so its important to them.
Statue by the Port
It’s a statue of no particular historical relevance. Seems to be mostly a visible statement of religious faith. Well constructed, modern.
Interesting Monument
The monument commemorates the Catching of the Cross on epiphany. A Christian feast day that celebrates the revelation of God incarnate as Jesus Christ.
