Unique piece of history
A little bit off the beaten path but not too bad. A bit of a walk from the parking to the actual Fort but definitely handicap accessible. Very interesting piece of history and very well preserved.

Fort Larned KS — Excellent site for history buffs
Fort is amazingly preserved as it was in 1860s because most buildings were constructed using local sandstone. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
