Phnom Kraom

Phnom Krom is the combination of natural and historical attractions situated approximately 12 kilometers southwest of Siem Reap city near the north end of the Tonle Sap Lake. It is also known as the best place for sunset views that all tourists should not miss.

This temple is really charming. Although the traces of weathering and erosion are very obvious, it really looks like a miracle. Generally, people will not build such a magnificent one. The scenery is more charming after sunset. I rode a bicycle from the hotel to here to see the daily beauty of the countryside. Really a great experience! You have to climb a lot of steps before you reach the ancient temple. The temple itself is not spectacular and looks old. If you come here at sunset, you can see a beautiful sunset. Even in cloudy weather, the view is very good.

Kerong Temple is on a mountaintop, and it is very easy to climb up. Most people will choose to ride a bicycle to here. The road is relatively gentle. It looks old and the terrain is relatively high. You can see the lake in the distance. '

Kerong Temple is located on a hill next to Lake Donglisa. The main building is three towers, which serve Vishnu, Shiva and Brahma. Now the three towers are dilapidated and have nothing special to see. Several tour group friends were complaining that they shouldn't come here, but we suddenly found that Kerong Temple is the best place to overlook the scenery of Donglisa Lake and watch the sunset on the lake on the hill, and it feels worth coming here again.
