    Visit Rochester

    Walk the Douglas trail. It is comfortable and full of people taking the time to exercise: walking, jogging, biking. Very pleasant! I liked my visit to Rochester.

    Excellent trail

    Great biking trail. Well-maintained and mostly shaded. Mostly flat as well. Few places to use the bathroom or rest though so plan accordingly.

    Great workout

    Its a great trail connecting the north west side to the new Cascade Lake park, and makes getting their easy. Also a very cool bridge over highway 14. great place to stop and take in the scenery!

    Good after work ride or training route.

    I used to ride this to train for Ride the Rockies. About 30 miles after work. It eventually became too crowded and I stopped using it.
