I spent a weekend in town and decided to try the boxing class that I had already been passionate about. This class was not only super fun, vibrant and full of surprises, but the trainers and front desk were great too! Great customer service, all of which was very encouraging. The facility is super new and clean. I had to enjoy the sauna before we left, it was just a cherry on a very suitable pie. Loved it and will definitely join when I come down to live permanently in SD. Highly recommend this place as a visitor
