It is a cultural facility with a multipurpose hall in the direction of Shikamachi Shopping Street from Sasebo Station. Exhibitions and sales were also held at 1F. Events such as music were held in the hall of 2F. There is a parking lot in the basement and it is open even if it is not used.

It's a ３～４ minute walk from JR Sasebo Station. It is a modern hall where concerts are held. A photo exhibition was held at １ F at the time of visit.
