If it's sunny, it's a hot spring that seems to be a great view
Original Text
I used it when waiting for a bus, a relay point to Tsuru no Yu. There is a large-scale exhibition related to the eruption of Mt. Akita Komagatake. Above all, it was warm and helpful in the snow. Although it was not available, the main facility is the hot spring hanging from the source overlooking Lake Tazawa.
It is a dining room attached to a hot spring on the back side of the facility, which is also the starting point of the bus to the 8th station of Komagatake on the hillside of Komagatake. There aren't many menus, but it's more fulfilling than I expected. It's a little expensive, but I got Inaniwa Udon tempura. The Inaniwa Udon that I eat in the summer is smooth and easy to eat. It was good that the tempura was also voluminous.
Both the indoor bath and the semi-open-air bath have hair floating, and the scale is precipitated instead of Yuka, so it is extremely filthy. There was no such filthyness for several years since the opening. The floor of the toilet also leaves urine stains and has urine smell.
There are hot springs and souvenir shops overlooking Lake Tazawa, but they also disseminate volcanic information on Mt. Akita Komagatake, and volcanoes are exhibited in a considerable space. When you are restricted to your own car during the autumn leaves season, park your car in a large parking lot and climb by bus from here.
I visited for a day trip bath. Perhaps because of weekdays, there were few customers and it was reserved. The hot water was transparent and had a sulfur smell, and it warmed up very well. There is also an open-air bath, and you can see Lake Tazawa well below. The outside temperature is low in winter, so the hot water feels lukewarm. The rest area was large and I was able to relax. Restaurants and small souvenirs are also sold. This facility disseminates not only hot springs but also information around Mt. Komagatake. Tre ...
