Check out the Starfield Library📚, shopped at the mall, and walked around Apgujeong until my legs gave out Day2: A day tour of Seoul's classic attractions Itinerary: Gyeongbokgung Palace - Itaewon - Bukchon Hanok Village - Namsan Tower ➡ Experience the cultural characteristics of Seoul, tried on Hanbok, took a quick tour of the Hanok Village, passed by Samcheong-dong, ate Korean BBQ in Itaewon, and saw the night view from Namsan Tower🌃 Day3: A day of shopping and eating in Hongdae Itinerary: Ewha Womans University - Hongdae Food Street - Yeonnam-dong Instagrammable Cafe - Trendy Clothing Store Took photos at the Instagram-famous Ihwa Mural Village🌸, ate street food, shopped at trendy stores, lots of young people, vibrant nightlife Day4: A day tour in Seongsu-dong Seongsu DIOR Store - ADER/BEAKER/PAM AM Trendy Brand Collective Store - PNION Coffee Shop - NUDAKE Dessert🍩 Crazy shopping spree here, shopped till my legs were sore🛍️ 🎈Essential Checklist ✔️ Apply for your passport one month in advance ✔️ Communication📲 Buy online in advance, around 30 yuan can get you 5 days of unlimited 4G data ✔️ Definitely bring cash💵 and credit cards, exchange cash in advance domestically ✔️ Translation software papago, really convenient, can recognize photos ✔️ For maps, I recommend NAVER🗺️, it's quite accurate

Wondering where to visit during Cherry Blossom 🌸 season in Korea? Here’s my brief itinerary and sharing, hope it’s useful for everyone 🫶 On Day 1, we kick started our day at Yeouido Hangang Park, where cherry blossoms line the Han River, creating a stunning backdrop for a leisurely stroll or a picnic. We were there during the weekend to prevent crowds! 🤣 * Based on experience* As we were not able to get any good photos during the weekend during our last trip here! ( Weekday + Early Morning 💯) We then headed to Tosokchon Samgyetang for their famous ginseng chicken soup. This restaurant is housed in a traditional Korean building and is renowned for its nourishing and flavorful samgyetang. It was so good especially during cold weather 🙌 Tosokchon Samgyetang 📍5 Jahamun-ro 5-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul) We also explored Gyeongbokgung Palace, the largest of the Five Grand Palaces built during the Joseon Dynasty. The palace grounds are adorned with cherry blossom trees, adding to its majestic beauty. On the next day, we hiked up to N Seoul Tower in Namsan Park for breathtaking views of Seoul blanketed in cherry blossoms. The tower offers panoramic vistas of the city, and during cherry blossom season, the surrounding area is awash in pink hues. Can you imagine how beautiful it is? 🌸🌸🌸 We then explored the bustling streets of Myeongdong and indulge in street food from various vendors. Myeongdong is famous for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings, making it the perfect spot for a quick and flavorful lunch. This place is a MUST, if you’re a big fan of local street food 🥘 On the third day, we explored the Seokchon Lake Park, where cherry blossoms frame the picturesque lake, creating a postcard-worthy scene. Take a leisurely stroll along the paths or rent a paddleboat to enjoy the scenery from the water. After exploring around we went to Gogung for out favorite bibimbap, a traditional Korean rice dish. This restaurant is renowned for its bibimbap, which is served in a hot stone bowl and topped with an array of fresh vegetables and savory sauces. 💯💯💯 Gogung 📍33-9 Myeongdong 10-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul). We also visited Lotte World Tower, one of Seoul's iconic landmarks, and ascend to the observation deck for panoramic views of the city adorned in cherry blossoms. The tower stands as a symbol of Seoul's modernity and offers unparalleled vistas of the surrounding landscape. On the last day in Seoul, we had our dinner at the Han River Cruise Terminal before embarking on a Han River cruise. As we glide along the river, we were able to see the cherry blossoms that line the riverbanks, creating a magical ambiance 🌸🌸🌸 📍Han River Cruise Terminal 290 Yeouidong-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Han River Cruise then marked as the last place that we’ve visited in Seoul 🌸 It was an unforgettable experience and we all love it 🥰 #cherryblossom2024 #vacation #shorttrip

The location's ambience is perfect for coffee, dessert, and reading during the daytime. Have you really been to Korea without visiting Namsan Seoul Tower? The panoramic view of Seoul is simple breathtaking. There were cool exhibitions before getting on the elevator! Me and my friend opted for a scenic hike and it was a good decision as we saw a trail of cherry blossom trees. Else, you can also take a cable car up or a bus up! Go at sunset timing to enjoy both sunset and night view. The love locks are outside and if you are going with your partner, be sure to put one too 💖 Tip: Buy your observatory tickets online to save $$ #koreatrip

I Visited Korea recently and it was HEAVEN!!!!! I went to Seoul and Busan to visit the many famous historical landmarks and attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace, N Seoul Tower, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gamcheon Cultural Village, Haeundae beach and many more!!!! And how can you visit Korea without eating their variety of delicious foods 😋😍. As I am a big foodie, I visited the famous food markets such as Gwangjang Market, namdaemun market and Myeongdong market and tried many of their food sold such as gimbap, tteokbokki, kalguksu, mandu and many more as shown in the pictures. Just thinking about the food is making my mouth watering again 😭😭😭. If you're also into facial products like me, remember to check out olive young for they affordable and wide variety of products! They are everywhere so it is easy to buy things that you have forgotten or last minute want to buy. The people there are also extremely friendly from my experience. We took bus from Jangchungdan park’ bus station to namsan tower. They stopped us at the foot of the mountain, so we had to do a little hiking to the namsan tower. Not complaining, because we got to see the picturesque view of foliage along the hiking trails 🍂 What to do : -Popular love lock -Observatory for 360 degree panoramic view of seoul (but you have to pay Adult: ₩21,000 / Senior (age 65 & above) & Child (age 13 & above): ₩16,000) -Adventure theme parks -Game arcade -Hiking trails -Hot photo-taking spot -A lot of dining options, we just had light snacks here: icecream churros and cheeseball. #cherryblossom2024 The Seoul Tower in Nanshan is such a classic spot and the southern mountains in autumn are truly stunning! 🍂 On both sides of the road, you'll find lovely light pink cherry blossom trees, perfect for both exercise and enjoyment, especially when combined with the South Mountain Pagoda. The photos you can capture there are truly amazing! The cherry blossoms have a short peak time, usually just about a week, so it's important to make the most of this romantic sight. 🌸 You can opt for a cable car or bus to reach Seoul Tower in Nanshan, but I highly recommend walking up the mountain! The scenery along the way, from the mountain to the road, is absolutely beautiful, offering plenty of photo opportunities. 🚠🌳 Starting from Exit 3 of Mingdong Subway Station, you'll find Manga Street, filled with adorable manga characters and graffiti. Follow the path up to Nanshan, where you'll discover numerous hiking trails for climbing. 🏞️

On both sides of the road are light pink cherry blossom 🌸 trees, which can exercise your body and enjoy your eyes, especially the combination of South Mountain Pagoda and cherry blossoms. The photos are amazing The best viewing time for cherry blossoms is limited, usually only about a week. Everyone should seize the time to see the romantic cherry blossom You can take a cable car or a bus 🚌 to Seoul Tower in Nanshan, but it is still recommended to walk up the mountain! During this season, there are beautiful scenery along the way from mountain to road, and any place is easy to take photos 📸 📍From Exit 3 of Mingdong Subway Station, there is Manga Street, with cute manga characters and graffiti along the way. #koreatrip Personally recommend to visit this N-Seoul Tower by walking instead of cable car (for youngster-mid age only). Reason being you will be able to enjoy more sight seeing by foot, enjoy the peaceful mountain view, a lot of autumn flower and trees, and lastly the chilly weather! There are restaurants and cafes up to the tower ground floor, do stay there for at least 1 hour to fully enjoy the view and blend into the nature! Psst! Remember to wear sport shoe if you are going up by foot.
