This is a park, not a garden. It's a great place to see the sculpture of a deer, watch people, have a drink in a cafe, and wander along the paths.

Totally reccomend during New Year

Suprisingly this place felt better for me than the whole Moscow New Year decorations. Free tea, pancakes for 25 RUB, great atmosphere and cozyness. A real surprise!
