Agar matching the climate of Suwa City
I stopped by on a tour, but the staff explained the special products unique to the cold and dry area through the screen. Agar is good for your body as an ingredient. It was delicious above all. I just bought it.

Tokoroten is so different from what I usually ate! I was surprised! I had lunch inside, but the menu using Tokoroten is healthy and delicious!
Agar shop
I visited on a holiday evening. There were many group travelers in the souvenir corner. The cafe was vacant and I was able to eat calmly. Order matcha cream bean paste. The bitterness and sweetness were just right and it was delicious. My partner said that the beans were delicious.
Delicious agar and Tokoroten
Agar and Tokoroten manufacturing companies are running this shop. There are cafes and shops. I ate Tokoroten and cream anmitsu, but agar is delicious anyway. The texture is different from those on the market! You can see it well by eating Tokoroten!
