Michimori is a famous liquor store in Tajimi, and all are dry sake. It was said that raw sake of foaming sake was recommended, so I bought it without hesitation.

It's hard to find the location.

    Original Text

It is a long-established sake brewery in Kasahara, Tajimi City. It's in a residential area, so it's hard to find the location, but the breweries on both sides of the street and the old houses with tiled roofs are spectacular. If you go to an izakaya in this region, you will probably see a high probability of sake called "Sanchimori".

If you make a reservation at this time and visit, you can also visit the sake brewery. On this day (0.-, it's not all-you-can-drink, but you can drink quite a bit, and if you don't have enough, you can add it. There are various knobs on sale, so you can enjoy it empty-handed. The Mosaic Tile Museum is also nearby, so you can enjoy both. Usually retail in old-fashioned buildings ...

A liquor brewery in an old-fashioned quiet residential area

    Original Text

It is a sake brewery located in its current location for about 240 years. The building has been renovated every time, but the main building with a tiled roof that retains the remnants of the old days and the old brewery are quite wonderful. It's usually a very quiet and calm store, but it's very busy with Thanksgiving festivals held twice a year (March and November). In addition to enjoying the tasting of Michimori and food using local ingredients at the stalls, there is a tour of the brewery (Shinzo), which is not usually included, ...
