I was thoroughly disappointed with this attraction. It was supposed to open (according to their website), but was NOT! I have never been so disappointed in a town as a whole as I was Texarkana!
The house is closed closed. Not just closed now but not likely to reopen anytime soon. From the front gate of the house (which is as close as you can get) it is really bad condition.
Great tour of this uniquely shaped home. It’s only opened up right at each tour time. Stick around for the tour. It does need some repairs but is still a gem.
My wife and two teenage kids visited this beautiful old home in March 2021. Glad we did, because at the current rate, I do not have much hope that this old girl will be around much longer. Funding f...

Under Renovation for YEARS
I was thoroughly disappointed with this attraction. It was supposed to open (according to their website), but was NOT! I have never been so disappointed in a town as a whole as I was Texarkana!
