Impact that suddenly appears
Original Text
While driving on the road, I suddenly saw it and stopped by. It is said that 52 of them have been confirmed in the horizontal tombs around the 7th century. The scale is different from Yoshimi Hyakuana, and it continues to be exposed to wind and rain from the past to the present and deteriorates severely, but it has an impact when you see it for the first time.
A mysterious place with many holes on the cliff. I could see it from the Utsunomiya Ring 3 Line running nearby, and I was curious and stopped by. It is a hole made from the Muromachi period to the Edo period, and there are some places where Buddha statues are enshrined. It's a place where you're making fields nearby and blends into your life rather than a tourist spot, but I think it's a pretty interesting place. There is a place where you can park your car nearby, so it's a good place to stop by.
I have visited Yoshimi Hyakuana in Saitama before, so I visited with some expectations. The location is along the road where you enter a side road from the highway, and there is a central separation zone on the highway, so if you miss the road, you can go around and start over. A Kannon statue was placed inside by hollowing out the limestone, but the Kannon statue was made quite recently and has no historical meaning. There was a private house field right next to it, and it was difficult to take pictures away, so it was not a place to go all the way.
I visited by drive with my family. I was surprised at the mysterious landscape that I saw. There are 52 horizontal hole-type tumuli, and Kannon is carved in the back of the stone chamber.
Nagaoka Hyakuana itself is good, but the front is like a private field and vegetables are made, between the parking lot and Nagaoka Hyakuana, it feels like it's a waste if you don't do something about it a little more. There is a toilet.

A little-known spot that lives quietly
