Fun at the park
Best state Park ever, lots of room to play and hike, the cabin was very clean and roomy, modern. @ bedrooms, one had 2 bunk beds, couch pulled out to a bed, the other couch was good to sleep on. Fire...
This is the best cabin park for families! It recently stopped staying open year round, (except for only 2 cabins). Please spread the news to try to have the camp reopen year round.
There are a few bizarre things about renting a cabin here. Mostly you have to rent starting on a Friday, no linens and the walk through inspection. I also I found the constant threat of financial reta...
This is a relatively new state park having been created in 2000. It is named for the couple, who generously donated this land to the state, which was once a farm, so that the area could be preserved....
Held an 80th birthday celebration here with over 100 people. A beautiful outdoor venue with wonderful mountain views. Clean facilities and a playground were helpful. Lots of hiking trails and ponds...
