Nanshan Temple is one of the ten attractions listed in the World Heritage List as cultural landscapes in Wutai Mountain. Nanshan Temple was founded in Liang Dynasty, formerly known as "Dawan Shengyouguo Temple", and was rebuilt during the Yuan Dynasty and Qing Guangxu years, and was renamed "Jile Temple" in the Qing Dynasty. Nanshan Temple is a large scale (composed of Deshantang, Jile Temple, Youguo Temple), which is located in Nanpo Village, Taihuai Town, Wutai Mountain, built on the mountain, and the existing buildings are mostly built in the late Ming Dynasty, with a long history and a strong incense.
