Hubei Xianhe Lake Wetland Park is located in the northern part of Zishan Lake Ecological and Technological New City, close to Shanpo Street, Jiangxia District, Wuhan City. Although it is only a stone's throw away from the bustling city, it has the unique natural beauty of the wetland park, like a paradise on earth.

The park covers an area of ​​1,800 mu and is divided into the Xianhe Lake Attraction and six memorial parks of "plum, orchid, bamboo, chrysanthemum, osmanthus and cherry". Each park has its own theme plants and corresponding landscape features, and beautiful flowers bloom all year round. It can be said that "in spring, you can enjoy cherry blossoms and orchids among rocks; in summer, you can visit the wetlands and cranes dancing; in autumn, you can smell the elegance of osmanthus, chrysanthemum and medicinal herbs; in winter, you can explore the plum blossom, bamboo and tea gardens".

The Attraction is home to rare birds such as white-naped cranes, grey cranes, hooded cranes, black swans, white swans, and bar-headed geese. It also attracts national protected animals, the red-crowned crane, known as the "God of the Wetlands," which lives here. There are also daily performances of releasing wild geese and cranes, allowing you to get close to the cranes.

The Attraction has beautiful scenery, luxurious tent accommodation, charcoal barbecue, skylight barbecue, etc. It is a treasure trove for outdoor camping.

The main building of the park, Hemingju, is located in the eastern part of the park close to the water system. It was built by China Architecture Design & Research Institute based on the humanistic concept of Xianhe Lake. It was inspired by the "Winning Mountain Picture" by Northern Song Dynasty painter Wang Shen. The main building has beautiful shape and complete facilities. It is a multifunctional complex integrating Dining, accommodation, conference, leisure and entertainment. In 2016, it won the international architectural award - "The Sixth Aijing Award International Garden Landscape Planning and Design Competition-Top Ten Landscape Design Awards of the Year".
