Family and I took a quick drive out to the rapids. The mosquitoes were horrible and it started to heavily rain. It was worth the drive to do something different while in Yellowknife.

Excellent little day trip

A reasonably long hike into the falls or uneven terrain, but worth it. Well marked. My 80 year old mother walked it.
