The ancient city of Tianzhou is located in Tianyang County, Baise City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Tianyang County is located in the west of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in the middle reaches of the Youjiang River Valley. It borders Tiandong County in the east, Debao County in the south, Youjiang District in Baise City in the west, and Bama Yao Autonomous County in the north. Tianyang is the birthplace of the Zhuang nationality, the hometown of Mrs. Jiewa, an anti-Japanese woman in the Ming Dynasty, and one of the revolutionary bases in the Youjiang River founded by the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries by Deng Xiaoping. The project is located on the north bank of Baidong River in Tianzhou Town, Tianyang County, Guangxi.
