特卡波湖和琳:“I think this cowboy village is pretty good. It's a crowded and lively place. Some buildings are very old, and some buildings look a bit like Mexican style. When I went there, I saw a cattle drive show, which was interesting. The cows were so cute, all with long horns, and their heads shook as they walked. Later, I went to the train station to watch a show. The cowboys' gunfight was very interesting, and the gunshot scared me. Then there were many craft and painting shops, many bars along the street, and many places to consume. We bought a T-shirt with fort worth and Texas printed on it, but Made in China, haha, in short, it's pretty good! Worth a visit!”
Anonymous User:“I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.”
Guest User:“Very clean and friendly hotel. The location was great super close to the airport but yet still a bit away. Shops and restaurants were located very near as well.”
Anonymous User:“I was traveling to be with family for Christmas. We were meeting at my daughter's house closeby. My husband got sick and couldn't come with me, so I was traveling alone. I felt welcomed, safe, and valued as a customer while staying at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the food was great. I had a wonderful stay!”
Guest User:“My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they "didn't know how that had happened" like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.”
Chaidaroon:“I attended a concert as a solo concertgoer at Globe Life Field. The hotel was perfectly located, just a 15-minute walk from the venue. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the service was prompt. I would definitely return if there’s another event here.”
Guest User:“I stayed there for 3 weeks feeling good! It nearby my working location and so many shops and restaurants around. The staff are nice and I love the room with kitchen, big fridge and stove. Not much choice for breakfast but taste good and have a funny waffle machine.
However, something still made me feeling sad. I understand that cos of COVID no more daily room service. But for the long stay and specially room with kitchen, I feel sad that every time I back to the room the room is not cleaned... I need to call reception to request for cleaning within working hour. That's still fine but in the last week, I requested for cleaning, and then I found room is cleaned but have a shoe mark on the bed cover!!!!!! Since I back to hotel at night I can't ask to change it... I need to tolerance for a night and ask to change it the next day. I sleep on the bed that have a shoe mark and the area is close to my face....
I may stay again for location reason and the kitchen, but I hope that I can see improvement on cleaning service.
