Elbik:“Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend the buggy ride around the garden. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The house and all the staff made you feel very welcome and relaxed.The markets are really good and have a very nice vibe and the house itself is decorated very well with a different theme every year. This year it's Henry and the Lion! The gardens are also lit up at night so definitely go for a walk after leaving the house if you have time. You will need to book tickets early ..”

_TI***kp:“I reserved Crazee Bongo's for my kids' 5th and 4th birthday parties and had also planned for Heroes Assemble to perform (spiderman act); the venue was completely aware of this and said there was no problem. However, a staff member protested to me midway through the Heroes Assemble performance that they were not permitted to be there, I requested to speak to the manager because I had been assured there would be no problem when I had booked the party. When the owner (Kate Mason) approached me, I could sense she was hostile, she stated I hadn't informed them that Spider-Man would be there because if I had, she as the owner would have known about it and it would have been in the diary. She accused me of lying multiple times and said I hadn't told anyone. After five minutes of back-and-forth argument, she then rolled her eyes at me, I said I thought she was rude and unprofessional, to which she responded that I was aggressive and how could I see if she had rolled her eyes because the room was dark! (I was not aggressive in any way; I was just shocked that this woman was actually arguing with me at my children's party). I've never encountered anyone so insolent, let alone from someone who states they are the company's owner! This is a condensed account of the obnoxious behaviour Kate displayed toward me (a paying customer!) The other young women employed there were lovely and we encountered no problems. However, I will no longer use or recommend Crazee Bongos due to the unneeded stress that Kate created.”Where to stay
