From the towering statues of Ramesses II to the Colonnade of Amenhotep III and the still-functioning Abu Haggag Mosque built atop the ruins, every corner blends ancient power with timeless beauty. 🎫Entry is 500 EGP (payable by card), and it’s best to arrive before the midday heat. If you're flying in from Cairo, a same-day trip is completely doable. 🚕Uber from the airport costs around 60–70 EGP, but taxis are more reliable when heading back — expect to pay 80–100 EGP. Plan for at least an hour to explore, wear comfortable shoes, and don’t miss the Avenue of Sphinxes at sunset.”

X-MAN-L:“It was quite hot, and there was no place to hide from the sun. I wonder how much manpower it took to dig out such a large-scale group of pharaoh tombs in such a difficult place thousands of years ago... It's worth a look, but to be honest, it's a bit expensive. The ticket only includes 3 tombs. If you want to see more, you have to buy more tomb tickets at your own expense, which is really not very user-friendly. The tombs are dry and painted with mineral pigments on the stones, so they are well preserved and colorful.”
