Walking into Sima Park, you may not believe that this beautiful environment, with archways, pagodas and pavilions, was once a barren hill. In 2009, Sima Village invested 4.5 million yuan to renovate the hill. The newly completed Sima Park covers an area of about 21 mu, planted with various exotic flowers and plants, towering ancient trees, and paths for people to relax. Climbing up the concrete steps, standing under the towering pagoda on the top of the hill, and enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding scenery, is a great enjoyment for the nearby people after get off work.
