Great Blue Heron Grill

I want to love this place again. Great location overlooking golf course. Nice drinks. Lovely staff. The food is the problem. For example, the Thurs nite special is fried chicken. It was overcooked, dry, burned coating. It was like someone in the kitchen tried to cook it too fast on too high heat. It was absolutely awful. I have had it in the past and it was terrific. What happened? The steak tacos came with a chunk of meat not cut up so it could be eaten like a taco. And no steak knife. Again it could have been good but horrible execution. What does it take to get the attention of whoever is “in charge”? There are lots of locals who would eat there if the food was consistently good. It seems like it all falls on deaf ears. Is anyone listening???
