There are quite a lot of restaurants in the Dong village. This Dongpinfang is near the end of the main street. It is a medium-sized, family-run restaurant. The proprietress is quite efficient. They mainly serve Guizhou cuisine, but I don’t think it is Dong cuisine. The environment is clean and the prices are affordable.

In a small alley, we found it after following the navigation. This restaurant is recommended by many people. It is said that you need to queue up usually. There were not too many tourists when we came, so we were seated quickly. The restaurant has two floors, a simple wooden structure. I had sour soup fish at noon. My friend wanted to try other specialties. Two people couldn't eat too much, so they ordered a plate of crispy fragrant pork and stir-fried wild vegetables. The crispy fragrant pork was quite large, crispy and delicious, with fat and lean, but you couldn't taste the fat, and it didn't feel greasy. It was very fragrant when dipped in the spices of the dry sauce. The stir-fried wild vegetables were chrysanthemum, which I didn't like, so my friend cleaned the plate.
